All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 15 days from purchase. If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at info@holihoos.com. We will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed within 3 to 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 10 business days.

If the correct product has been received, is not damaged and still a return is being requested then the customer will have to bear the return shipping charges to the origin warehouse.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
